At Scrub Avenue, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure complete happiness with each of your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a store credit with a 30-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Contact with the heading of Return and provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details.
3. Domestic Return Shipping:
- Scrub Avenue will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return/exchange for a change of mind, wrong size, or store credit.
4. Exchanges:
- We offer direct exchanges for change of mind, including wrong size selection, which will be refunded as a store credit. Please be mindful that if you want to change size due to each product being handmade there may not be stock left available.
- Store credit does not expire, and is welcome to be used on any product
