  • We offer domestic shipping options within Australia:
    • Standard Shipping $12.00 
    • Estimated delivery within 2-8 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 days

2. International Shipping:

  • We currently don't offer international shipping; however, as we grow, this will become an option.

3. Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • However, there might be a delay due to these products being handmade, so please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination. They are, as stated above

7. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.

8. Delivery Delays:

  • There may be delays in delivery, however, Scrub Avenue does not take responsibility for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or busy holiday periods. 
  • Preorder items will be shipped as they arrive, and you will receive tracking confirmation, as per the product page
