Returns & Exchanges

At Scrub Avenue, every piece is thoughtfully made with comfort, personality, and everyday wear in mind. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the returns process as easy as possible ♡

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

For hygiene reasons, items with signs of wear, washing, makeup, fake tan, fragrances, pet hair, or marks cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for sizing or change of mind, subject to stock availability.

To help us continue creating small-batch, thoughtfully designed scrubs at accessible pricing, return shipping costs for change of mind returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Scrub Avenue reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions.

Store Credit

Approved returns for sizing or change of mind will be issued as store credit.

Store credit:

  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue

  • Redeemable across all Scrub Avenue collections

  • Not redeemable for cash or refunds

Refunds are reserved for faulty items only, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Starting a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at helloscrubavenue@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Scrub Avenue is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Faulty Items & Refunds

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, details of the fault, and clear images.

If approved, Scrub Avenue will cover return shipping costs for Australian orders and process your refund back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
